Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Orthodontist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in modern orthodontic techniques and passionate about patient-centered dental care. This is an exciting opportunity to practice within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat malocclusions and other dental irregularities.
- Develop treatment plans and apply orthodontic appliances.
- Work collaboratively with dentists, oral hygienists, and other specialists.
- Provide professional patient care and education on orthodontic treatment options.
- Contribute to Mediwell’s reputation for excellence in dental care.
Requirements:
- Specialist qualification in Orthodontics.
- Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
- Proven experience as an Orthodontist in clinical practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
